管理學博士，國際經濟與貿易系副教授，碩士生導師，Associate Fellow of Higher Education Academy（UK），研究領域包括發展經濟學、勞動經濟學，兼任Global Labor Organization、湖南省系統工程與管理學會、中非經貿合作研究院等機構學術和社會服務。
近年來主持科技部高端外國專家項目1項，湖南省社會科學青年項目1項，湖南省教育廳優秀青年項目1項，在Economic Modelling、China Economic Review、Computers & Industrial Engineering等國外重要學術期刊上發表多篇文章，擔任Economic Modelling、Transportation Research Part E 等期刊匿名審稿專家。
